Health Insurance and EAP
* We are in network (and sometimes out of network) with most major commercial insurance companies provided to most Wisconsinites.
* Most of our therapists accept Medicaid and Medicare with most HMO's.
* Ask your EAP representative if we are on your EAP panel. We do accept several EAP's.
Self Pay Options
30 minute session: $75.00
45 minute session: $100.00
55 minute session: $125.00
Payment Methods
We submit your claims to the insurance company for your convenience. If there is a deductible, copay, or co-insurance, you are responsible for payment. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, HSA card, Venmo, PayPal, or can be mailed via check. If your insurance is not listed, please call our main number at 262-305-9668 to inquire. Online payment is also available by visiting our home page and scrolling all the way to the bottom.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to pay your bill of the allowed amount of what insurance says is your responsibility. If you are unsure if your insurance plan will cover our services, call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card. Insurance checks are not a guarantee of coverage.
